Customer Complaints Closure Time (7 day target) 08/09

We will acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve the issues witin 5 working days of the initial response (ie 7 working day turnaround).


In the year 2007/2008 (to date) we responded to 65% of complaints in under 7 working days, 9% of complaints in 7 days and 26% of complaints in over 7 days.
