ICT is a challenging area for many local authorities. Staff retention, the rate of technological change and its complexity make it difficult to deliver stable and cost-effective services.

Our Managed Service enables schools to focus on learning and teaching, using the latest technology.

We provide a comprehensive support and maintenance service and the necessary ICT hardware and software for an annual fixed fee, based on:
• agreed pupil/machine ratios
• defined refresh intervals ensuring that staff and pupils consistently have access to modern and reliable equipment
• minimum specifications for hardware
• a suitable mix of devices, e.g. desktops, laptops, PDAs
• an agreed core provision of software
