You told us that you want to be able to use our web-site to make more transactions:

In response to this request and following lenghty consultation and an after an extensive period of thorough testing and modification, CPD Online, our new automated booking system is now live! We are confident that this facility will give all our customers a faster, more streamlined and more convenient way to book on to training and development events from VT Four S.

It allows all users to find a suitable event, book a place, and keep track of their own CPD needs and development. With its fully automated processes, CPD Online will eliminate the need for signatures or mountains of paperwork, but still ensures that only authorised budget holders can approve any training requested.

SLA Online Survey

A large number of Surrey's schools completed and on-line survey which asked questions about customer service generally. The survey also had a focus of asking you what you thought about the quality of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) you purchase from us. The survey gave us useful insight, in particular, you asked us to make it easier for you to select and purchase your SLA’s. Lots of you wanted to be able to do this on-line.

In response we have developed an on-line system to allow you to select your SLA’s, to view your choices and to estimate how much your annual purchase is going to cost your school. Early feedback tells us that you like what we have provided and we will continue to make improvements to the system to make it even better!

You asked us to improve our web-site, you sent lots of suggestions and useful comments and some of you worked with us in a focus group to help identify exactly what would make life easier for you.

In response we invested in a completely new web-site, with enhanced search facilities to make it easer for you to find information. We grouped all our service information in an easy to navigate structure, again making it easier to find information. We have used cutting edge web design to enable you to personalise you website access, this means you can set up personalised pages and save all the information you access regularly.
