A national conference for Advanced Skills Teachers, headteachers and local authority coordinators.

Following on from the success of the 2009 national conference for ASTs, this new event will explore how to make the most of the AST role. The day will explore best practice in performance management and empower ASTs to ensure their successes are recognised and continued. Case study keynote speakers will illustrate how ASTs make a difference in their school to provide ideas and inspiration for both ASTs and their managers. Career opportunities available to ASTs looking to progress in their career will also be comprehensively explored.
