HLTA Needs Analysis

Many teaching assistants are unsure as to whether they are ready for HLTA status or not. We have created a training needs analysis tool to help you analyse how ready you are. Following the instructions and completing the questions on screen will give you a score. The score you receive will then indicate how ready you are to do HLTA.
