In-House Solutions for CPD
We are proud of the wide-ranging programme of courses we offer, however we are also very aware of the fact that no two schools are the same and that school development needs are constantly changing. It is therefore important to us that we offer alternative approaches, alongside our central training programme, that provide solutions for CPD that will be effective and rewarding for your school or confederation.
Through our In-House Solutions programme we can offer one to one coaching, small group seminars for 2 to 10 delegates or training for larger groups from 10 to 200 staff. Working this way we can provide a service that is:
Convenient – one of our courses may suit your plans for confederation or school based CPD, but you would like it delivered at your school, at a chosen time, on a chosen day for minimal disruption.
Tailored – you can mix and match from the full range of our courses. We will work with you to create a programme that best meets the needs of your staff. Courses can be adapted to achieve an agreed set of outcomes that address any specific requirements.
Brand New – if we do not already have a course that meets your needs, through consultation with subject specific consultants we will design, develop and deliver a bespoke solution to meet an agreed set of outcomes.
Focused – we can help you audit and analyse CPD needs, work with you to plan a programme of development and deliver the programme to achieve an agreed set of outcomes. Training in your own location allows the experience to be focused on real and relevant issues for the school and staff involved. Real data and situations can be used to create opportunity to achieve real change as a result.
