Key Stage 2 to 3 Transfer (Autumn 2008)
The return of KS2 data to Secondary schools will be returned in only one stage this year.
Provisional KS2 results (received from the National Data Collection Agency) will be returned to all Secondary schools by Friday 19th September via WebXchange
This will be in Excel format and will be downloaded to the SIMS\LEA\INBOX. The filename will be F936xxxx_ks208res.xls
The data received from Data Collection Agency (Pearson) has been matched with both September 2008 Current Year 7 data submitted via B2B and the allocated school information held in the Admissions and Transfers module at LEA level. The file contains both pupils who took their tests in Surrey schools and those who have come from outside Surrey- to return to secondary schools where the information on these students is available.
Included in this data file will be Average NC Points, Precise Differentiated Test Levels, Precise Differentiated Test Levels (Benchmarked), 'ABC' Differentiated Test Levels and flags to indicate inclusion in the top 1%,5%,10% and 20% of pupil performance in Surrey.
