NJC for Local Gov Pay Award - 8.3.08
The NJC Executive for Local Government Services has made an improved and final pay offer of an increase of 2.45% on all spinal column points with a further £100 pa on points 4, 5 and 6 from 1.4.08. The unions will now begin the process of consultation with their respective memberships with the outcome expected to be announced in mid-May.
